1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the WeTrip service (the "Service"), available at we-trip.ru.
2. Description of the service
WeTrip aggregates flight price information provided by the Travelpayouts (Aviasales) affiliate program. The Service is not an airline, travel agency, or tour operator, and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy of prices, or booking conditions on third-party platforms.
3. Affiliate links
Links to purchase tickets are affiliate links. When you follow them and make a purchase, the Service may receive a commission from Travelpayouts. This does not change the price of tickets for the user.
4. Data accuracy
Prices, dates, and availability are shown as of the last cache update and may not match the current data on the booking site. The final price is determined on the booking platform.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses related to using the Service or following affiliate links.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
